Nine inning games all day

Pool Play to single elim
Equalizer. Choice of 6 runs or an 11th defender.
The team giving the equalizer is the home team as of 2025 in USSSA Senior Softball.

The tiebreakers are USSSA ONLINE SYSTEM only

If two teams only tied, head to head
If three teams tied, runs given up is first tiebreaker
NOT RUN DIFFERENTIAL


No time limit

All players must be on the online roster and completed waivers to play

We are playing Senior rules - I would recommend reading the rulebook whether or not you are familiar with Senior ball

Pitching screen is OPTIONAL - YOU would need to bring one - Foul ball if screen is used and batted ball hits it - my guess is no one will bring one but you can if you want to


Run cap is 5 per inning up until open inning - unlimited
HR Rule - DHH plus 8 then outs


Senior bats, 220 bats, or 240 bats are allowed.


You can use the six-foot pitching area if not using the screen. If the screen then you throw from rubber.

The arc is 6 to ten feet, plate and mat strike zone. No juking or pumping.

We are using commitment line and scoring line

Any legal player on roster can be a courtesy runner, unlimited runners, but each man may only run ONCE per inning


Run rule is 20 after 6 straight thru, it does not matter if the open inning hasn't been played


flip flop is in effect going into the open inning, if visiting team is up by ten runs

At Brick NO BEER CANS OR BOTTLES are allowed. AT ALL. This includes the parking lots. (We will not be examining red solo cups.)
*PERSONS FOUND DRINKING OUT OF CANS AND BOTTLES WILL BE SENT HOME FROM THE TOURNAMENT.*
We are tired of telling the same people the same things over and over.
Teams need to park in designated parking areas - this will be up to Brick

You may not hit on the soccer fields or football fields at Drum Point Park even if those sports are not using the fields.
I recommend hitting on the small field at the grade school if it is or behind field 4 in LF.


*All bats need to have the 240 USSSA thumbprint and must be tested/stickered prior to game play.*
We are testing the team bats all at one time. No individual players will be bat tested.
You need to gather the bats and bring them over at once. No more than 20 bats will be stickered for any team.
It is the batter's responsibility to make sure the bat has a sticker before going to hit. If no sticker and correctly protested the result is an inning-ending out.


Please get to the field early so you can get your bats stickered before the game. We will not be able to hold games up for players to get their bats tested.


USSSA rules apply this weekend. Please note all substitutes must be announced now to the home plate umpire and also please note the courtesy runner rule nationally is anyone on the roster.

Courtesy runner rule 1 per inning. If the batting spot comes up in the order with a runner on base, it's an out. You can not substitute him to get around this.


Home Run rule 1 per team then inning ending outs

At 60 minutes the umpire will announce 60 minutes / finish the inning you are in and play one more - you can tie

The top three teams advance to elimination / using USSSA online system tiebreakers - untimed


Rosters:

Players need to be on your online roster or approved as Guest players. We hope not to have any Guest players. There must be a reason. This must be emailed in prior to Friday 8pm


I will send an email Friday evening at 8pm with any approved guest players and payout information. The guest players will also be on the event feed.



After 9pm on Friday evening my phone will be shut off.
