Entry: $275 plus $22/game umpires


Teams play three pool play games into seperate elimination flights

Gold flight is the two C teams irregardless of finish

Silver flight is the next two highest teams in each pool

Bronze flight is a consolation game


Bat testing: usual setup

Time limit: pool play, silver and bronze flight
Umpire announces 50 minutes, finish the inning +1 more inning
You can tie in pool play

HR: DHH plus 2 in all games

Runner: one per inning anyone on roster

Roster: players online but we will consider any pickup players must be sent to me prior to Friday 8pm

Manager Notes - Men's D

GPS Pickell Park: 509 County Road 523, Whitehouse Station

GPS East Whitehouse: 93 Old Route 28, Whitehouse Station


The fields are approx 5 minutes apart


**All bats for Men's D need to be tested at Pickell Park between 8:15 AM and 9:45 AM. No exceptions. At that time the site director is taking the tester to Hillcrest for the Men's E event. If someone is coming late they should give their bat to a teammate during the week.**

Teams can test 20 bats max. Teams starting at Pickell can test as a team. Teams at East Whitehouse, either the players can go to Pickell first or they can gather the bats at EW and have one person drive them over. We cannot hold up games for bat testing. Teams need to get their bats to Pickell for testing.


Two pool games into single elimination. Time limit in pool play Umpire announces 60 min, finish the inning + 1 more inning. Higher seed home team in elimination.

Rules are GSL book rules. Home runs DHH plus 3 per game then inning ending outs. Runner one per inning anyone on roster.

GSL - Men's E


Bat testing: teams playing at 9am can report to their field, the bat tester will start the day at Pickell and will be over to Hillcrest during the second round of games. The Site Director will notify teams when they bat test.


Format: 4 game round robin with only the top 3 teams advancing to single elimination. Higher seed home in single elim. time limit. pool play umpire announces 55 minutes, finish the inning you are in and play one more inning.

Rules are GSL book rules. Home runs DHH plus 1 per game then inning ending outs. Runner one per inning anyone on roster.
