No baserunning appeals on walks

Teams allowed two exception players from one Coed level up, only one can be a man
MUST be sent in ahead of time to be reviewed
Format: all teams play 4 pool play games. Umpire announces 60 min. Finish the inning plus one more inning. You can tie. The top FOUR teams make single elim. Untimed. Higher seed has choice for home team.
