(The park is in Hamilton but comes up this way on most GPS)

7 minutes between locations

We are testing bats at both places

Mercer -- ALL TESTING at Field #4 We will waive the requirement of teams having to test together as a team Players can come to #4 when they arrive in the parkIt is the easiest in my opinion  Then go to their field and set up 
Warwick -- in the center in between the two fieldsShould not be an issue 
Teams can test up to 20 batsWe will be keeping a list 
Bats must be new stamp 240 bats / an email will go to players in regards to bats
If the bat has no sticker and is protested, inning ending out

Teams are required to have players on the online roster or submit the player via email as a possible guest player.  If there are any problems or issues, contact me.     Any guest players must have waivers done for some type of 2024 team. 

** No Conference USSSA rostered players can be used as fill-ins for this event. **     
**D Teams must be legal for D** 


All players MUST have completed the online waiver and accepted to the team.  Pending players need to be out of pending.  No excuses or reasons why it cannot be done.  For this event, pending players are not protest-able, but if any team is found to have someone not completed their waiver, they will be removed for that game.  Not able to return for the next one until the waiver is completed.

Men's
GSL book rules unless noted.



Runner rule.  One per inning anyone on the roster.    There is no mandatory pitcher runner, it does not exist outside of the Conference.  if you need to run for the pitcher then use the runner for the pitcher.  


Home Runs.  Women's.    Three per team over the fence then just an out for this tournament.   All classes.   Trying to keep it as simple as possible.   Men's:   DHH plus two home runs and then just an out at Warwick.   


Balls and backup balls are supplied but you must retrieve HR and foul balls or buy more.


Time limit.  In pool play.  Men's and Women's.  The umpire will announce 55 minutes.  You finish the inning AND you play one more inning.  You can tie.  


For this event - we are using a coin toss in pool play and the higher seed has choice in single elimination


After pool play is complete:

Women's:

The four teams that are registered "B" and "C" teams will go to the Upper flight.   1st in Pool A v 2nd in Pool B.   No time limit.    

The teams that are registered "D" all teams are in one single elimination flight.   We will keep the time limit throughout the event.   


Men's: The top THREE teams make elimination. Higher seed home. Untimed.


THE TIE BREAKERS ARE USSSA ONLINE SYSTEM IN ALL FLIGHT.   RUNS GIVEN UP IS THE TIEBREAKER FOR 3 TEAMS. NOT RUN DIFFERENTIAL.



All players will be emailed Friday morning with an update on the tournament and the bats.  


Final notes and payout info will be sent Friday night to managers at 8pm.   Any requested guest player must be in my then.
