Women's East Coast Kickoff

Thank you to all teams for support of the program. It's very exciting to have such a strong turnout for ladies.

**All bat testing will be at Mercer #4**

I will send the managers tomorrow a map of the park.

If you play at #1 or #2 you should have your players stop at #4 when they enter the park. We will waive the requirement to test as a whole team, however. We will be marking down each team bats and the max is 20. So if one person comes and tests 5 bats the rest of the team only has the 15. Bats must be the USSSA 240 stamp.

We cannot hold games up for bat testing. Teams need to be aware of where the check-in is and plan accordingly.

Balls are provided. HR and foul balls need to be retrieved.

2 HR then inning ending outs

All pool play games
Umpire announces 50 minutes, you finish the inning you are in and play one more inning.
the pool play games are planned for an hour on the field.
Elimination is untimed.

Higher seed is home in elimination.

The five C teams will go to the Gold flight no matter their record.
The best 7 of the 8 D teams will go to the Silver flight.
The lowest D team and the four E teams will go to the Bronze flight.
We need all the pool games to finish to seed the teams for elimination.


Rosters

Teams need to have roster online or submit any exceptions to me in writing.
No D teams will be permitted B or C Elite players.
No player who is not on a Women's roster in 2026 can be a guest player.
I will send the list of exceptions Friday at 8pm. After that time you can still add online up until first pitch.

My phone will be shut off Friday at 9pm.
I will send prize information on Friday with the exception players.
