Field 2 is the first one you see in the park
Field 1 is in the back, near the bathrooms


Bat testing and check in, is between the two fields.  Can not miss it.  


Teams are asked to bring the bats as a team to the table
Teams can test up to 20 bats

Bats must be new stamp 240 bats
Bats may not be on the banned list If the bat has no sticker and is protested, inning ending out


Entry $250 plus cash for umpires

Teams are required to have players on the online roster, or submit the player via email as a possible guest player.  *Teams are allowed fill-in's, they just need to submit the names.* 
If there are any problems or issues, contact me.     Any guest players must have waivers done for some type of 2023 team.   No Conference USSSA rostered players can be used as fill-ins for this event.


All players MUST have completed the online waiver and accepted to the team.  Pending players need to be out of pending.  No excuses or reasons why it can not be done.  For this event, pending players are not protestable, but if any team is found to have someone not completed their waiver, they will be removed for that game.  Not able to return for the next one until the waiver is completed.



All teams are playing 3 pool play games.   The pool play games are 6 innings for this tournament.   There is still normal run rule and flip-flop.   The B/C teams will slot into the Gold flight.   The D teams will slot into the Silver flight.   Teams will be seeded by the USSSA online system.   The first tiebreaker is head to head if only two teams are tied.   After that, it's runs given up.   The single elimination games are 7 innings.    


Runner rule is USSSA.  One per inning anyone in the lineup.    There is no mandatory pitcher runner, if you need to run for the pitcher then use the runner for the pitcher.



Home Runs.  All games, all teams.   3 Home Runs then just outs.  

Balls and backup balls are supplied but you must retrieve HR and foul balls or buy more.


Time limit.  In pool play.  The umpire will announce 50 minutes.  You finish the inning AND you play one more inning.  The games should last one hour in pool play.    We want to try and stay on time.  You can tie.     Elimination - untimed.  


For this event - we are using a coin toss in pool play and the higher seed has choice in single elimination


Final notes and payout info will be sent Friday night to managers.


Friday night my cell phone will be shut off after tomorrow night at 9pm.   Once the event begins, please work with Jen at the fields for any issues.
